However, some people think that in the influence of the western culture, modesty seems not so important as before. I can't agree with them. I think it's the quality veryone should process. Many young people do not realize the importance of modesty. They are sitisfied with a little success, so that they don't try hard to make progress. Besides, some others have too high an opinion of themselves, totally ignoring others' suggestions and advices. All these will lead them to a bad consequence in the future.
謙虛是中國(guó)人的傳統(tǒng)美德，中國(guó)歷史上有很多關(guān)于謙虛的故事。然而，有人卻認(rèn)為受西方文化影響，謙虛沒(méi)那么被重視了。我不同意這種說(shuō)法，我認(rèn)為謙虛是每個(gè)人都要學(xué)會(huì)的。很多年輕人沒(méi)意識(shí)到它的重要性，他們滿足于自己的小成就，不追求進(jìn)步。此外，另一些人對(duì)自己評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)高，完全忽視他人的建議。這些都將導(dǎo)致對(duì)他們將來(lái)有壞的影響。

But some others hold different opinion. They think cooperation is as important as competition. They base their opinion on the following reasons: on one hand, cooperation can build trust between each other and help to bring long-term relationship; on another hand, cooperation can turn a small and weak business into a big and strong one.
也有人持不同的意見(jiàn)。他們覺(jué)得合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)一樣重要。他們根據(jù)他們的想法，理由如下：一方面，合作可以建立相互之間的信任并幫助建立長(zhǎng)期的合作關(guān)系;另一方面，合作可以使一個(gè)弱小的企業(yè)變成一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的企業(yè)。
From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that both competition and cooperation are essential to success and thus should be emphasized at the same time.
